    We are searching for a pro-active and client-oriented person with excellent communication skills, self motivated with strong integrity and ethics and with ability to work in full autonomy in order to complete the assigned tasks.

    This position is a multi-faceted role, which requires strong working organizational and planning skills, able to work for objectives and result oriented with good time management skills

    Strong English language is mandatory (verbal and written), and French is a plus. Office pack expert mandatory (Windows, Outlook, Excel), problem solving and a strong team player approach able to operate credibly and network effectively across the company

    Proven self starter with the ability to work independently whilst being a solid team player.

The position will require to operate at 360° on several different streams supporting the senior client services officers within the team:

·Ensuring delivery of first class service for clients under a management mandate.
·Production and dissemination of Client reporting in coordination with the central team.
·Assistance to the senior Client Service officers on managing client On-Boarding. Support the team of fulfilling the collection of the AML/KYC documentation accordingly to group guideline.
· Provide day to day support to the Sales Force.
· Liaison with Client Third Parties (Custodian, Fund Admin, Transfer Agent and consultant) concerning the day to day activities.
· Assistance to the senior officers for any extraordinary project.
· Maintenance of the internal Data Bases.
