Corporate Finance Internship – AXA International Markets Madrid

The Corporate Finance Intern missions will be mainly oriented to:
– Analysis of macroeconomic indicators in target markets
– Sectorial analysis and strategic monitoring of target or competitor
– Analysis of key financial indicators of potential acquisition or divestiture targets
– Participation in preparation of business plans and valuation (business case modelling) and calculation of financial impacts
– Preparation of presentations for the decision making – explaining the conclusions of the analysis work and the progress of projects
– Support in capital allocation operations (cash remittance optimization from IMa subsidiaries) and monitoring of key indicators by entities to measure proper capital allocation (e.g., solvency ratio, RoE…)
– Monthly monitoring/receipt of interest on outstanding loans in
– Participation in the impairment test of the International Markets subsidiaries
