Your task?

Being happy and making all customers happy, this world-renowned brand in fashion / retail, who contact the Customer Service, both by phone and by email, WhatsApp, to resolve queries or incidents, related to your orders.

We offer different shifts: both morning and afternoon, within the time slot from Monday to Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 00:00 p.m. Remember: you have to be available in the indicated shifts.

Your salary will depend on the number of hours you choose to work weekly (25 or 30 hours offered within the time slots from 8:30 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 00:00 p.m.), according to the Contact Center agreement and if you work shifts In the afternoon, from 10:00 p.m. you will have an additional nightlife bonus!
