As Maintenance Director for our Complex located in Runaway Bay (Jamaica), your main mission will be to plan, coordinate and supervising the establishment of annual Maintenance needs (preventive, conductive and corrective). Among others, your main functions will be:

– Plan, coordinate and supervise of the preparation of the budget of the Maintenance area (electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, plumbing, equipment and facilities) with the proposal of expenses and investments for the year, facilitating decision-making according to the evolution and business priorities.
– Plan, coordinate, and monitor the dissemination and implementation of maintenance manuals, standards, policies, processes, and systems for the complex and all equipment.
– Coordinate and monitor the definition of the maintenance plan with the inventory of assets, facilities and equipment and its record of useful life, incidents and corresponding risk map and preventive and corrective actions.
– Plan, coordinate, and monitor the management of maintenance teams by scheduling actions and tracking incidents during operations.
– Maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
– Monitor maintenance projects (electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, plumbing, equipment and facilities).
– Plan and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure the traceability and veracity of the group’s operational information.
– Coordinate and monitor the inventory of tools, materials, equipment and Maintenance facilities.
