Your role:

The Learning Designer produces training material in a didactically attractive format for EMEA region. He/She applies expertise in respect to methodology and learning technologies in order to drive the implementation of the Business Unit specific learning and training portfolio.

Your tasks:

· Collaborate with content owners to identify the most effective learning formats and potentially an ideal mix of training formats (face to face, eLearning, etc.) in order to create effective curricula.
· Create digital content, e.g., eLearning, videos, podcasts, quizzes, gamification, in collaboration with content owners
· Support trainers to design offline trainings (F-2-F) considering methodological and didactical aspects
· Apply guidelines / governance (incl. quality criteria) given by Group (Corporate) / Business Area
· Align across organizational units Group / Business Area regarding learning technologies and participate in learning communities.
· Evaluate training tools, e.g., authoring tools, and manage vendors and licenses with IT
· Evaluate new methods and using of new media, equipment, media content databases
· Keep up to date on market trends in the area of Learning & Development
· Align with internal and external partners on technical requirements, e.g., platform and hosting
· Steer the process of provider selection and cooperation on content production
· Drive the enrollment of learning activities and content in cooperation with learning administrators in various locations
