    -imprescindible carnet de conducir y coche
    3/5 years of experience in trade marketing positions
    · Experience in promotion/product management in automotive sector or consumer needs.
    · Sales in B2B sector is a plus
    · Degree in Marketing and Business sectors
    · Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese will be valuable.
    · Strong Microsoft Office and SAP and standard research analytical tools
    · Good skills in problem solving
    · Able to interact with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
    · Excellent communication skills
    · Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
    · Team building and team working.
    · Analytical ability
    · Handling of several projects simultaneously
    · Ability to work under pressure

Job purpose

Promotion & Trade Marketing Specialist Iberia supports the implementation of the Trade Marketing initiative within the different channels managing operational tasks in the country operations concerning Promotion, Incentives & loyalty program. Supporting the accrual activities of the country above initiative in relationship with country finance department

Key accountabilities

1) Contribute in development and deployment country promotional activities
2) Support the deployment of country loyalty and network program
3) Design across the Country Promotional Plan & related activities (with consistent monitoring of results).
4) Work close to the sales force in order to deliver promotional initiative on the market

Major Challenges

·Design, implement and evaluate the performance of the different promotional actions that PLI creates per channel and client, anticipating needs or covering existing ones.
· Creation of loyalty plans as an engagement tool for different customers/distributors.
· Perform daily follow-up of administrative tasks of shipments, management and search for new merchandising materials.
· Develop the network of PLI’ workshops as well as the value proposition for them.
· Adaptation of catalogs and preparation of their introduction in the market
