Position Overview: As a Sales and Account Manager you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships for a company. Your primary responsibilities will be presenting and selling services to potential clients on behalf of the company, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with the existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity for result-oriented and ambitious professional who believes that success of the company and personal success are interdependent.

Responsibilities:

·Identifying and qualifying potential customers.

·Presenting company services and solutions.

·Understanding customers’ needs and finding suitable solutions.

·Preparing offers, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

·Collecting application packages and KYC documents to present to the Underwriting and Compliance departments.

·Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding process and ongoing operations.

·Managing ongoing relationships with the existing clients and partners.

·Keeping accurate records of sales activities and submitting regular reports to the management.

·Attending various industry conferences and events. Your responsibility will be to represent our company, engage potential clients, and generate leads through active networking.

·Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a B2B environment.

·Previous work experience with banks, Payment Service Providers or credit institutions is an advantage.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Advanced level of both written and spoken English.

·Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

·Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.

·Willingness to travel, if necessary, to meet clients or attend industry events.
