Sales Support Coordinator ( Series & Partnership Department) Madrid

Stream2 is a “LEISURE SALES” results-driven company within the Tourism & Hotel Industry, founded almost 17 years ago. Currently, our team consists of 12 sales professionals based in Madrid (ESP), Bilbao (ESP) The Hague (NL) and Venezia (IT). We have optimally distinct departments. We represent our hotel partners across Europe (chains/independent) as their full extension – the sales team. We are their “outsourced sales team” from the hotel’s perspective.

Objectives of this role
The objectives for the role of a Sales Support Employee are as follows:
1. Provide comprehensive support to both the Series Department and Partnership Department.
2. Collaborate effectively with the sales support team to execute various daily tasks.
3. Actively participate in weekly meetings within the two departments.
4. Serve as a versatile member of the sales support team to enhance efficiency.
5. Contribute to increasing the overall productivity of the Sales Managers.

Main Responsibilities
Support & Coordination role within Series/Partnership Department:
· Coordinating various daily back-office tasks in communication with your office/Sales Support Manager and the above-mentioned departments.
· Managing the daily coordination of contract setup and follow-up on signatures, which includes implementing these contracts into our in-house system “Groopz” and organizing the structured uploading of contracts into our cloud-based database.
· Providing support and coordination for the Series/Partnership department in preparing, scheduling, and booking sales trips.
· Conducting research to identify potential new hotel partners using various source tools. Hotel partner sourcing, including contact details, will be determined in collaboration with the Series/Partnership Sales Managers.
· Scheduling and booking business trips based on the research findings.
· Preparing and analyzing reports and statistics on a daily and monthly basis.
Further support tasks:
· Support with tracking & invoicing of revenue overviews with our hotel partners
· Day-to-day Coordination of the sales support in communication with the Sales Managers
· Support/Coordination of pre-scheduled client events and sales blitzes
· Coordination of travel bookings for the sales managers of the entire company according to the sales/travel plans
· Maintenance of our internal CRM system
· Coordination and preparation of the weekly/bi-weekly or monthly reports

· Proficient in English at C1 level, both in written and verbal communication. Knowledge of additional languages, such as German, is a plus!
· Travel Industry Experience: Preferred if you have work experience within the travel industry, especially on the procurement side.
· Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience: Possesses a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
· Strong Personality and Eagerness for Growth: Possesses a strong personality and a keen desire for personal and professional growth.
· Ability to Work Independently: Has the capability to handle tasks independently.
· Proficient knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
