Compliance Analyst (Sustitución) Alcobendas

As the Compliance Business Intelligence Analyst for Digital Products you play an important role in the expansion and development of Ria’s digital strategy. You will create dashboards, trendlines and predictive analysis to facilitate data-driven solutions and efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Compliance you will also manage projects related to compliance product enhancements, quality assurance testing and minimum standards implementation across new and existing products. You are able to multi task and manage several high-priority projects at the same time. This role will be key in coordinating and ensuring compliance standards throughout the product.

Key Responsibilities:

– Create dashboards and automated reports on Key Performance Indicators
– Drive predictive models and analysis tools to spot trends in AML and Consumer Fraud
– Turn raw data into comprehensive visualizations for senior management
– Facilitate data driven decisions with impact analysis and predictive trends
– Automate and optimize processes using data and analytics
– Assist in projects improving data integrity
– Assist key stakeholders in compliance gap analysis and readiness assessments.
– Drive product enhancements and liaise between compliance and technology
– Follow up on technology improvement tickets and issues
– Become a product owner from a compliance standpoint
– Perform testing and quality assurance on new products and product features

Experience and Skills

Bachelor Degree + 3 years experience in financial services sector

Excellent hands-on knowledge of PowerBI

Knowledge of SQL is a preference

Experience with data visualization in BI Tools

Ability to research and distil information to solve complex data issues.

Great communicator of analyses and recommendations to cross functional stakeholders for decision making

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Organized and meticulous

Strong team player who can function independently
