• Requisitos mínimos

    Experienced salesperson, in negotiation and budget management. It would be great if you have previous key account management experience.
    Well networked. Previous experience in the hospitality and/or FMCG industries, along with an established network.
    Entrepreneurial spirit. You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
    Social Chameleon. You’re able to walk in other people’s shoes, and understand instinctively what makes them tick. This awareness enables you to adapt your communication, presentation, and professional style according to the specific needs of your audience and scene.
    Gifted communicator. Your excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, backed up by MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) are essential selling and negotiating tools.
    University degree in BA, Marketing or similar is valuable.
    Fluent in Spanish written and spoken Ideally fluent English written and spoken


Musketeers” have always been the main volume contributors, trial generators and sparks for creating kindred spirits in the On Premise environment.

As the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to their On Premise territory, they are responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio in key accounts (Catering, QSR, Casual Dining, Hotel and Casinos) and potential daytime universe.

Musketeers plan, develop and execute measures to intensify consumption in existing On Premise locations and identify opportunities.


Establish and nurture relationships with business partners (including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, etc.)
Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network.
Deliver excellence with Red Bull’s premium brand image in all activities and execution.


Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players, and business partners including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, buyers, food and beverage (F&B) managers, bar staff, and distribution partners.
Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders such as decision-makers and influencers within key accounts, distribution partners, wholesalers, and the beverage industry, to leverage business success.
Build your personal reputation within the local scene, based on your extensive knowledge of the gastronomy industry.


Master the On Premise (Horeca) universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).
Manage internal and external resources (materials, tools, budget) to drive efficiency and effectiveness


Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red Bull’s business and customer’s business.
Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions in which Red Bull should be present (brand, product).
