We would like to add talent to our systems team in our EMEASA division in Alcobendas and that is why we want to incorporate Technical Support to give first-level assistance to our users in this area. The profile we are looking for is from a person who can offer formal attention, who has a sense of urgency, and the ability to work as a team with high orientation to the internal client. This person will manage our small team to give support to more than 120 stores in all Europe.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and improve support to internal RIA stores: remote and on-site support.
Microsoft System Administration: Medium level.
Manage Active Directory: create accounts, users, groups and distribution lists.
Exchange, Azure and o365 Apps: Acknowledge to user email administration.
Give support in Europe Traveling to all Ria´s stores.
Experience with ticketing system tools (Manage Engine and Jira)
Lead the technical team that provides internal support to more than 120 stores.
Incident Management (SLA)
Acknowledge about Network devices (medium level) (Routers, Switches, Firewall)
Document incidents/Problems in Ria´store applications
Generate reporting ‘ Impact analysis
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze/troubleshoot complex problems.

Qualifications:
