Our company, Prosegur Contesta, is looking to complete our Telephone Customer Service Support Team attending UK customers, working for a leading company in the insurance sector.

The work will be part-time in the afternoon, from 09:00 am. to 15:00 pm from monday to friday.

That will give you the opportunity to manage your work time and personal life as you like!

It’s also important for you to know that this position allows you to work from home 100% (teleworking), so you can do it from anywhere in Spain.

We are looking for people who want to grow professionally within a growing team, and we don’t need that you to have previous experience in this type of position, because we have a professional training program which will allow you to learn everything from the beginning. Such training is selective and unpaid.

Key responsibilities:
– Customer Service to the clients insured by the insurance policies.
– Administrative work such as: modification of data, authorizations, manage information, requests, charge of receipts, etc.
– Personalized customer service support.
