    * ISO 9001; ISO 14001, BRC/IoP; HACCP analysis; Management System Auditor, Quality tools. Management of Change, Project management
    * Training on Flex product definition and main characteristics

Descripción

Mision: From a perspective of total Quality, contributes to the definition, implementation and supervision of the company’s Quality & Product Safety programs, ensuring they are aligned with SAICA’s strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to internal and external customer satisfaction, in the short, medium and long term.

Helps the organisation understand the priorities of the different stakeholders and define programs focused on them.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

* Contribute to ensuring compliance with the Group’s Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and Equal Opportunities’ policies.
* Build and implement strategies, processes and activities aimed at improving our Quality & Food Safety performance.
* Contribute to and encourage the correct implementation of SAICA’s management system guidelines and procedures in all Flex plants.
* Ensure there are robust processes in place to quickly respond to the needs and help to reach the objectives the business seeks, following SAICA’s Strategy in regards to Quality in the Management.
* Ensure correct compliance with regards to legal duties on Q and Product Safety and monthly Q KPIs’ reporting .
* Ensure that the Business Unit is aware of its obligations concerning food safety and keep it fully informed of any changes that occur.
* Provide assessment for the Area Management on Quality & Product Safety issues.
* Facilitate coordination and uniformity between plants and act as the link on these matters with the Area / Group.
* Ensure there is an adequate training plan and encourage people in the department to acquire the necessary competencies, skills and knowledge to be able to carry out their work effectively and efficiently.
* Ensure that all personnel receive the quality training actions set out in the STS matrix and check on the level of compliance.
* Make sure that, in all countries, internal audits are performed in relation to the certifications held and that any corrective action that is implemented represents a real improvement to the systems.
* Promote continuous improvement: help needs detection, drive forward corrective actions, participate in training and carry out promotion campaigns in relation to the Management System, Quality and Product Safety.
* Foster the correct use of tools to analyse and identify the root causes of problems, to make sure that they do not occur again: QRQC, PDCA, 5S’s, Statistical process control, AMFE’s, 6Sigma, etc.
* Make sure that management system documentation is kept up to date and is checked by the different people responsible, in order to guarantee coherence with policies and uniformity between regions
* Establish an efficient web in the organisation to support on Quality issues for multi-plant customers (surveys, participation in projects, claims at division level, etc.) that go beyond the capabilities of plants; coordinate their requirements in the country/Area and, if necessary, transmit them to Area or Group Management.
* Foster an understanding of the needs, requirements, specifications and expectations (explicit and implicit) of customers within the organization, helping to orientate and improve processes to ensure customer satisfaction and to build loyalty.
* Take the lead in defining the annual Quality Master Plan, Budget and Objectives and, after approval, periodically monitor implementation and compliance. In the event of any deviations, report shortcomings in discussion forums (KITs, meetings…) and suggest lines of action to resolve them.
