Your role

As Web Analyst you will own and manage the complete package of web analysis for our Tires website portfolio. By implementing the best tracking solutions, we want to get better at collecting and analyzing data to understand and optimize the user experience on our website. Within your role you will act as consultant to measure business performance by delivering key insights for business decisions as well as expert for web tracking implementation.

Your tasks

– Guide / coordinate the technical agency and the working student
Tracking implementation including but not limited to tag coordination via Google Tag Manager and tracking parameter implementation (eBusiness App & Websites)
– Performance reporting definition and configuration (B2C Websites & B2B Business Applications) & training
– Collaborate with stakeholders of all business units to ensure a strategic data collection and to provide relevant insights in order to evaluate the success of online activities (B2B & B2C)
– Coordinate and challenge the (central & local) performance of the websites => push recommendation with the different teams and follow up the performance on the long term
– Evaluate existing and relevant tools for user testing based on requirements from different stakeholder
– Examine user experience on brand websites by providing and setup existings tools from Google Analytics and Corporate Analytics Tool (A/B Testing, Heatmaps, Click Tracking etc.)
– Manage the Consent Management Tool for the cookies, Manage Legal settings
– Google Analytics account management / configuration (B2C Websites)
