Our opportunity to realize your talents and shape your future. Our Saica Expert Graduate Program is a two-year program that has been designed to grow and make an impact in the world while developing professionally and personally.
Successful candidates will receive a structured learning curriculum developed to strengthen the skills and competencies to become an expert in their role and a results-oriented leader. This includes “work experiences,” extended contact with leadership, formal training, and professional development.

As a Production Graduate, some of the tasks that you will be responsible for are:
– Project management and work processes.
– Implementation, promotion and maintenance of the production management.
– Safety and security
– Continuous improvement, looking for new methodologies, systems and equipment.
– Monitoring of business indicators (KPIs), statistics and ratios.
– Collaborate in the planning and execution of the training plan
