HR Generalist Cabrils

We are looking for a passionate HR professional to join our team. As **HR Generalist**, you will be responsible for managing diferent topics, including soft and hard topics: recruitment, training and development, works council, compensation and benefits and all personnel administration issues.

Responsibilities:
– Talent attraction: responsible for the management and coordination of the company’s Talent acquisition
– Management of the company’s training and development programs.
– Handle labor issues and actively participate in conflict resolution.
– Participare in works council.
– Monitoring health and safety standards policies.
– Coordination and compliance with data protection laws
– Maintain records and documentation related to personnel.
– Participation in national and international projects within area of your responsibility.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a generalist HR role of minimum 3 years.
– Knowledge of labor legislation.
– Communication and problem solving skills.
– Ability to work in a team.
– Fluent in English. (The first interview will be conducted in English)
