As Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for Lead the Food and Beverage department inclusive of all bars and restaurants, ensuring a highly-trained staff, increasing Guest satisfaction and exceptional customer service at all restaurants and bars, maintaining high quality standards. Your main responsabilities will be:

Responsible for all F&B operations in the Resort.
Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, and profitability.
Completion of monthly forecast with staff schedule alignment.
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring compliance of standards.
Develop new product lines and innovation.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Liaise on an on-going basis with the Sales Department to ensure all client needs and requirements will be met.
Assist with Menu planning and pricing.
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
Be environmentally aware.
Lead and motivate Heads of Department to drive results.
Ongoing interface with Corporate principles and counterparts.
