  • Requisitos mínimos

    -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administra-tion, or related field.

    – Minimum X years of experience in similar roles, with a specific focus on personnel selection and employee management.

    – Languages:
    Proficiency in Portuguese and English

    – Desirable:
    Deep knowledge of Portuguese labor law and human resources practices.

The mail mission of this position is supporting on the comprehensive management of the company’s human capital, with a primary focus on personnel selection and employee administration in Portugal.

The key responsibilities are:

Recruitment
– Lead the recruitment process in Portugal
– Design talent attraction strategies, utilizing various recruitment sources and assessment techniques to identify qualified candi-dates.

Comprehensive Employee Management in Portugal:
– Act as the main point of contact for employees in Portugal, providing support and guidance on human resources-related matters
– Labor Relations: Advise employees on labor issues, internal poli-cies, and local labor regulations.
– Occupational Risk Prevention: Develop and implement occupa-tional risk prevention programs in compliance with Portuguese legislation, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
– Talent Development: Identify training and professional devel-opment needs of employees in Portugal, implementing training programs tailored to business needs.
